Really?

You definitely don’t want Kuwaiti’s….. believe me. I just can’t see any of them wanting to invest heavily as a vanity project and I cannot see the government allowing the sovereign wealth fund to be ever used for anything as frivolous as football. Kuwait doesn’t really do this sort of stuff….

God help this place if the investment/take-over happens and it's announced that its subject to a confidentiality agreement and no further statement will be made.
