Article about it on BBC Breakfast calling for it to be outlawed. Do you think it exists? Do you think it is ever justified? If it was subject to the same laws as race, sex and age, would it be sending the wrong message? I remember someone who was morbidly obese who was made to sit on a different bank of desks to her team as she had body odour issues. This was obviously bad management as they weren't tackling the issue but I wonder if it would be more tricky to have that conversation if there were discrimination laws.
