They need to be worried. just a bit. Wilson out for up to 8 weeks, meaning he might just be back in time for their away game at Burnley April 10. And he won't play WBA and Brighton away.
Things could go horribly wrong for them over the next months
 

Even if Fulham manage 6 points every 5 games as they have the last 5 that's 36 points by the end of the season. The Mags only need 12 from 15 to reach 37. It's very unlikely the bottom 3 will catch anyone

They’ll probably beat Man United
 
Steve Bruce is a great manager doing a great job, to want anything better than a relegation battle is fans showing unrealistic expectations.
