Just watched his interview and he knows he's a dead man walking in my opinion. He actually said he saw positives from that tonight. He is either utterly deluded or lying while he waits for the axe to fall.

He did not say that, did he?

There were no positives in that performance other than, possibly, it will force Ashley to act.

Who we could replace him with is a far more difficult question however.
