They are. if all the others are solid floaters that could be scooped out, this is bloodied diarrhea.

I'm not down playing what they've done, but I think we need to be honest with ourselves and admit that if the O&D test had a decent morality section the majority of the PL would be looking for new owners. Our owners would break the test, chop it up and mail it to it's widow, but the PL sold it's soul long ago. Our awful owners are just the latest and worst.

No. I've said this countless times. This has been my position from the off.

Apart from the occasional murder, rape, piracy, suppression they are genuinely nice guys...

Who hasn't occasionally dabbled into chopping people up by accident.

Easily done mate.

A few too many, your mates egging you on and whoops.

Before you know it you've spoken to a news organisation, discussed the details of the meeting, agreed an agenda, decided on the time, place and attendees, gone to B&Q for suitable saws, acid and related equipment, lured the journalist inside, set on him, beat him to the ground, lifted his corpse into a bath, drained the blood, cut him into pieces and started the process of dissolving the body in acid.

All of sudden you realise what's happening and think 'wtf have I done' and start organising an alibi and a cover up.

Who of us can say we've never been in that position?

I take you'll be morally obliged to boycott the club then?

I didn't say Newcastle United were stuck down a hole. I used a really basic analogy to illustrate that it is possible to hold two ideas in your head at the same time. Which isn't unusual.

The bad situation was your bad owner. That's the "hole".

I don't know if you've read a newspaper recently, but you've now got a much worse owner. That is, if you believe that a football club actually matters beyond money. You're in a much bigger hole, and it's filled with blood.

And yet here we are, a week on and Newcastle fans are still reflexively defending the new owners. Lauding them, writing songs, making signs in their honour. They've hollowed out your club, using its corpse as a puppet to distract the world from what they are and what they've done. You haven't won, you shouldn't celebrate. Where's your protests? Christ knows you lot love writing on bedsheets. Where's the anger?

An apathetic owner has sold a club to a despotic one, and its fans are licking their boots. It's bizarre.

Accidentally put his clothes on your mate and your mate went out and got caught on Camera getting tabs and what not.

Ffs, it's not an insult, it's an opinion based on your stance of supporting an abhorrent regime, either directly, or in your case indirectly.
What have you got for skin man, tissue paper?
Get used to this, because most of the football world will be accusing you of that, and an awful lot worse.

Of course it's an insult, you've literally said I'm "clearly morally bankrupt". How can that possibly be taken as anything other than an insult?
I'm not supporting an abhorrent regime, I've consistently criticised, called for demonstrations, contacted our own groups asking what they're going to do to at least not be complicit in Sportswashing.

It might tie things up in a nice little bow to equate supporting the club I've supported for decades with supporting the actions of the owner, but they're not the same thing. They're obviously not the same thing. Anyone saying they are the same thing is either a dullard, or using this topic as a means to score petty football rivalry points.
I take you'll be morally obliged to boycott the club then?
Part of me wants to boycott, the other part of me doesn't want to. I'm conflicted. Because life isn't binary.

I've answered this particular line of 'logic' before. cba to do it again.

People don't need to know you, they're judging you from how you appear, not just as a Mag.

We can only ever judge people by our experience of them whether that's over a year, ten years, whatever.

You're obviously happy to have the Saudis rather than Ashley because they'll spend more.

You can't deny that.

It's only an insult if you do not continue to financially support the regime by buying tickets etc. If that is the case then I will wholeheartedly apologise.
Your many posts however suggest otherwise.
Will you or won't you?
There could be an apology from me here.
