Especially when a Thai greeting is not really a bow, but at least they were trying to be welcoming to their new owners,not going completely overboard like a bunch of goons.

This place has a history for trying to claim you are somehow different. You're not. It's not that long ago that a significant number of people on here were supporting Johnson while he was awaiting trial for noncing.

You got bought out by someone - you can't control that.

But an awful lot of the criticism is directed at things you can have control over.

There are nufc fans being criticised for hurling abuse at the widow of a murdered journalist.

There are nufc fans being criticised for throwing around "what about isms" regarding Disney and Sheffield United as if its the same?
The sportswashing has begun already and actually being carried out by nufc fan's online?

There are nufc supporter LGBTQ groups welcoming the new owners while new KSA nufc supporter accounts tell gay supporters to "die", and that "they have no rights to be recognised ".

While you might make make some points about certain things?
The stuff you omit to comment upon is very telling.

Aye. They are worth £300bn. They could bought Arsenal who are valued at £1bn ( I'd say £600m at the most). Arsenal are a massive club with a big global brand. You'd have no problem attracting the best coaches and players to the club and being a London club is a bonus. You could turn Arsenal into a league winners within 3 seasons.

The Mags are the only club who welcome a tyrant. I said it earlier, it's like Colonel Gaddafi or Saddam Hussein buying them. The propaganda that the Crown Prince has got in the last few days is like the Nazis in the 30's :lol:. Mohammed bin Salman is the saviour and has rescued Newcastle United. No doubt Saudi TV will be showing the scenes for SJP and using it as propaganda. MBS is using sport to promote himself and curry flavor with the West.

Good article by Holt in the mail today. Calling out ‘journalists’ such as Caulkin, Graves, Humphries. He even asked Graves if he was a jorirnalist on Twitter the other day.

If Amnesty get their arse in gear there will be protests at every Mags away game anyway. National press coverage of the Saudis' dirty business will just increase the spotlight. Not 'everybody's second team' this time.
