I see Starmer was so uncomfortable sitting on the fence this morning when asked about it !?
Simply said their should have been an ‘independent’ enquiry into it !
He didn’t dare alienate his Labour heartland by saying what he really thought !
He was just ‘uncomfortable’ with it 🙄
Saw him last night walking in Manchester, he’s very small

I'm no expert but 4 years planning and preparation to own the club and this interview convinces me there is something lacking, I didnt feel the answers were sincere and thats a staged interview. Just my opinion looking in. Could be fun to watch it unfold :)

The interview with Stavely on the page :)

That was utterly woolly and she wouldn’t dare tell the truth about Saudi influence
all whilst necking alcohol...its a holy flag allegedly.. muslims have voiced their dissatisfaction at this display of ignorance...only the mags could do this
😂😂😂 only them

Blokes the shittest politician I've ever seen, stands for nowt.

Hopefully we’ll get back to where we belong in a few years, couple of Jiiiiiii moments again would be lovely and will make a derby day win even more sweeter. It is what it is, who nos if we get back to the premier league with no debt etc we might bring someone onboard to help us compete.

For me, this is the sad reality of the takeover. The Wear/Tyne derby as we know it will be no more, reduced to Sunderland v State of Saudi.

One good thing though, how can they ever truly celebrate beating us again, but oh how we can take the piss when little old Sunderland win against the ‘richest club in the world’.....
What a complete vagina you are.

Instead of a tyne/wear derby, Newcastle is just joining the ranks of the 'haves' and if you haven't noticed most people really despise the top clubs. So, in future more people hating newcastle is something I positively applaud.

Sunderland will hopefully finally get ourselves promoted back to the championship and can concentrate on our own journey back up the ladder the hard way. But I think if you look at the difference between the two cities its always being that way. Newcastle was the governments administrative capital and has always attracted more investment and this is just a continuation of normal service after a hiatus following Ashley.

You are right about us against the state of Saudi but stand tall and support the club with pride rather than saying 'little old Sunderland'...........They are still the same shameless club and gobshite supporters who believe they are owed the world. Its just the self proclaimed geordie nation are now in partnership with one of the most immorral and backward countries in the world who have got a bit poke - they were made for each other tbh

They are owned by the state, that's the difference. It basically will be Sunderland vs Saudi Arabia if we were to ever play them.
If that was the case, then Saudi would consist of a few european and american contractors and a job lot of the third world doing all the graft.
