Thats fair enough. But the club being ‘on the right path’ is dependent upon being sustainable through raising our own revenues and talk of increasing our young fanbase in Co Durham particularly has been discussed before. Having a club in the region that has unlimited resources very much puts that sustainability in jeopardy.
Load of nonsense man.
when United dominated the 90s and 00s City were still ok.
now that City are the big boys United are still huge.

So thats a no then.

Thought so.
I'm not the ones behind the legal challenges mate - there's fuck all I can do. It does as @Dilligaf60 pointed out prove beyond reasonable doubt that the PL are corrupt.

It's the second time Newcastle fans have shed light on this, having previously mentioned the power the big 6 held before they tried the ESL shite.

As a fan base, we can't do much more alone. I certainly can't do anything alone.

BBC - Newcastle takeover: Saudi Arabian-backed deal is close

Our rivals or not the fact this lot our buying an English club and the fact the majority of their supporters are set to welcome them with open arms is a very sad day.

Awful that the Saudi’s will have anything to do with the North East and I’d genuinely be giving up my season card and start to follow a Northern League side if they were buying SAFC.

Some things in life are far more important than your team winning games of football:

Just like The Saudis are murderers ????

I'm guessing the PL is corrupt thing will be fish and chip wrappers tomorrow, once you're part of the cartel.
Sadly, you are more than likely correct.

I'm trying to be civil and getting nowt but shite from very angry people. I've not come on here and tagged people who last week were saying I was wrong about the takeover and they were right when it's obvious they were talking shite. I could be acting a much bigger prick but Instead, Im trying to answer the posts I'm tagged in and still getting told to step into traffic, called a liar with a shit moral compass and every name under the sun. It's mad.

I think outside looking in its very easy to say you would stop supporting your club, maybe some would, and maybe some will. But fans have no say in this (if it happens). I can't turn my back on back on a club I have followed for 30 years because of something out of my control.
Come and follow us. We're ethically ran, have some mint young players and you already love coming on our message board. You're half way there already.

Bang on this. Football lost its soul decades ago now. Saudis coming in takes it even further that way.

If this bloke is the type of person fit to be involved in a club then anybody should be.

Are the media not rubbing their hands about this deal because it means they will have endless salacious stories. It's like a Bond villain has bought a football club.
