I had to laugh at this comment Bruce made last night

“'I got to a cup final with Hull, Wigan have done it, Leicester have. The fans here want it more than any other team.”

🤔🤔
I dont get this NUFC "fans want it more than any other team", famous No9, love the Cup, 52000 screaming Geordies, deserve it more than any club, Man Utd are our rivals. Its f***ing bollocks and created by the 1992ers. They haven't won owt for 75 years. Hilarious.

They need to MERRBALIZE 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Jesus Christ. :) They are absolutely nuts.

"Will one further delay be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and takes PCP and their partners out with no real prospect of a return, I fear it may well be! If it does, along goes all our hopes and dreams and our kids and probably their kids dreams with it too!"

:)

Bloke says he's gone for decades yet he says this below?

If you don’t and are happy to survive and perhaps flirt with European qualification now and again, take on the chin the inevitable relegations and pray for speedy promotions then fine, this takeover which continues to drag is not for you and whilst disagreeing, I respect that.

We are football fans, we are not political activists, we have one real passion and desire and that is for our great football club, to return to former glories and be all that it can be, competing on a level playing field with the other elites.

Surely any pre 92er fan will know the position the club were in before 1992? They were shite, a yoyo club mainly finishing no higher than the bottom half of the table and very nearly got relegated to Div 3. The other factor they don't consider is that mid 90's is when the Premier League first blossomed. Teams spent willy nilly due to this injection of extra finances chasing success and player prices and wages went up and up.

Obviously Leeds and Blackburn couldn't maintain it and the Mags were heading the same way due to winning nowt and fading away before Hall etc bailed on them. The gap at the top or breaking into it also wasn't as big as it is now financially or on the global market. Teams can't really go wastefully spending millions like the could when it all started and grew as any failure would be disastrous.

The delusion of some Mags is unreal when they come out with this :lol:

What are these “former glories”? I’m trying to think of any glories I’ve witnessed from the fuck pigs.

Water all over my keyboard

What former glories??

Please don’t tell me we have another day of you?

Shouldn’t you be on a Man Utd forum as they’re your rivals? You’re probably registered already to be fair, a grown man in his 50’s registered to numerous teams forums is pretty sad in all honesty.
 Absolutely toppa response!

Have you ever known fans to try to push through a takeover? They are absolute nutters. I think this whole charade will put prospective buyers off.

And for what? To be able to gloat about possibly signing expensive players and seeing European football? Does it really matter in the whole scheme of things? Would they stop attending if their club were in league one? It seems so.

Personally would love them to buy Inter Milan and turn them into the best club in the world. Not that I want them in football, but the constant wailing and crying from Newcastle fans would be hilarious
