So she calls the saudis and the reply is 'We'll get back to you Amanda, a few behedings to sort first'.She can’t do anything without their permission. Firstly they own the club. Secondly she’s a woman.

Suitcase at the readyApparently waiting for the Saudi's to give the green light. Thought they weren't involved. Didn't Amanda say they were prompt.
I can see them fighting amongst themselves on Sunday.
To be fair, it’ll make the Saudis feel welcome. Loads of idiots dressed with tea towels on their hands booting fuck out of each other.
I’m going to defend you here as you said you would help me try and get a cross club supporters protest off the ground.Of course it's an insult, you've literally said I'm "clearly morally bankrupt". How can that possibly be taken as anything other than an insult?
I'm not supporting an abhorrent regime, I've consistently criticised, called for demonstrations, contacted our own groups asking what they're going to do to at least not be complicit in Sportswashing.
It might tie things up in a nice little bow to equate supporting the club I've supported for decades with supporting the actions of the owner, but they're not the same thing. They're obviously not the same thing. Anyone saying they are the same thing is either a dullard, or using this topic as a means to score petty football rivalry points.
Part of me wants to boycott, the other part of me doesn't want to. I'm conflicted. Because life isn't binary.

Hopefully they replace him with Lampard after a defeat on SundayApparently waiting for the Saudi's to give the green light. Thought they weren't involved. Didn't Amanda say they were prompt.

He has probably been away from the north east for the last 45 years, so doubtful it is classed as home anymoreMight be down to location too. You have to think that he would be close to home probably on a bit more or at least the same money.
I know there are Newcastle fans who are uncomfortable with the Saudi takeover and don't like being tarred with the same brush as all those celebrating outside SJP, waving Saudi flags and what have you. I've seen them on here and I completely believe them and sympathise with their predicament.
But it's all been a bit quiet, hasn't it? Have there been any organised fan groups condemning the takeover, releasing statements protesting against their club being taken over by a murderous regime?
Fair play to them but what the Holy fuck does 'We stand for Geordie' mean? This didn't take long :
