Correct. I will qualify that I work overseas however am in a fortunate position that I can pay for the expensive tickets when home, should I wish to attend.
As I stated earlier I am conflicted. I have been going since my teenage years during which we have mostly been shite however it has, in the main, be great. Weekends away with the lads, then my boys growing up, which many on here will empathise with.
The thought that, after 35+ years we might (probably will) win something excited my, and still does. On balance however I feel I will have to refrain from attending. There are more important things at stake. This is, on balance, a step too far. I do however realise that others will feel the same but continue to attend, not wish to miss out, feel they can support the team without the ownership.
They may be right. Each to their own.
I'm sure you're not looking for pity but I genuinely do feel for your fans.

I haven't said that it is or isn't. I've just said that until representatives of your supporters start speaking up against the currently vocal element who are defending the Saudi regime with whataboutism and deflection then you'll need to accept that the perception from the wider football community will be that of overwhelming support.

I must say though, I'm intrigued to see if there are any audible pro Saudi chants on Sunday. If there are I do realise that it will be a lot of people getting swept along in the tide rather than an inherent dislike for Yemenis and homosexuals but it still won't reflect well.
There won't be. Not even the **** minority are that stupid...... are they?

A rich awab man is what they always wanted. Not a team that tries because they where unhappy at finishing 4 th under robson and 5 th under pardew. The only reason they turned on Ashley was because he didn’t buy the league like Chelsea did that’s what they expected him to do. They only turned on him when they seen what happened to Man City and they wanted Ashley out because they thought if they can do it so can we.
Spot on!

No. I answered this, which of course you know.
Let's see how many tea towels, bedsheets, masks and Suadi flags are on display at the weekend eh.
And you said “Yes lets. I assume it will be circa 40,000 if such a huge proportion agree with this?”. which means you think 40k (80%) will have to dress up to show they support it to prove that point.

This forum needs to be aware of the following which is included in this article:

"This, of course, is the point of the whole thing. Saudi Arabia, and its crown prince in particular, is obsessed with its image. It is why it runs troll farms in Riyadh dedicated to swarming anyone who dares to criticize the regime online. It is why it does not tolerate dissent. It is why Jamal Khashoggi was killed and dismembered, according to United States intelligence."

As well as the idiot mags we usually get on here there may well be some professionals, if the NY Times says it has Troll Farms then we can expect some of them on here.

The mods have already been busy and there is likely more to come, crazy as it sounds we can possibly expect a cyber attack on this forum.

@Pancho Aren't new registrations suspended? That needs extending for quite some time.

No. I am assuming, as many on here appear to be claiming that 90% of NUFC support the takeover, that 40k will be donning teatowles etc as a show of said support.
You reckon?
Yes I do.

I have it on good authority that if Bruce isn't sacked before Sunday it will spoil the 'Saudi day' celebrations planned.
If this doesn't involve the mass wearing of tea towels, I'll eat my Ghutrah.
