Steve Bruce is a safe pair of hands and despite how bad they are, there was always a chance he would turn them around, though they do look worse this time around. They won’t be attracting any top managers given their league position, I can easily see them making a flamboyant appointment which backfires massively. Imagine if Bruce is still in the dugout for the Spurs game, that’ll confuse them all ……

Try to avoid talking politics on here and I’m not a fan of Boris or the current log running the county but she highlights everything that is wrong with politicians in this country. Hypocrisy at it’s finest just like the jorno’s wanking themselves in to a frenzy over this.
 
Might just be me but I can see this getting ugly in the long term. The majority of mags are getting so far carried away they are expecting the new head choppers to be signing the world's best players and spending billions. By the sounds of reports in a lot of media this will not be the case

Exactly mate. I'm was a lifelong Labour Party member but the likes of her completely turned me away from the party. All virtue signalling, feathering their own nests and hypocrisy.
 
Not saying Ashley was a great owner or that he has done some ridiculous things but this is over egging how bad the last 14 years have been including a season finishing 5th
