The sooner cabbage head realises he's not one of us / never was one of us / was never wanted by any of us and fucks off the better things will be.....but he never has been one for doing the right thing but will hang around till the death like a bad smell for the payday
Why's he not one of you?

Exactly he's a money grabbing bastard with no morals just like Fat Sam/Hughes/Pulis etc who have probably made more money by getting sacked all the time and jumping back on the managerial merry go round

You're not wrong there look as the teams he's managed.

What if Bruce was one of us
Just a slob like one of us
Just a wanker on the bus
Trying to bring the League herm

There you go. You can have that for free, my simple friend.

Apart from the fact that they can't get our highest attendance correct, why do they use us as a yardstick. Why not say it was bigger than the 30,000 that watched their recent all premiership home cup tie. Which in turn, was smaller than some of Sunderlands home crowds in league one this season.
There wasn't more watching though. 4k at any one time, then turning off because they didn't understand what the fuck was going on, then logging back on again in case something exciting was happening like the takeover had been confirmed and so on all day

We've had 37,000 watching a reserve game at the sol. Top trumps football style

The Chronicle did

Newcastle United's legal battle with the Premier League attracted an audience of 33,000 viewers this week. The figure has been revealed by the Competition Appeal Tribunal today after requests from fans to announce how many watched on

Given the figure was higher than Newcastle's League Cup attendance against Burnley (30,082) this was a superb advert for how high the public interest is in United's takeover battle.

It's mad how they're trying to spin that into a positive  I wonder how many Mag fans clicked the link (or even just non Mags) wondering what it was after seeing shared on Tw@tter. In reality it wasn't 33,000 unique IP's watching all day long and probably people as you say coming back later and adding another view. As you also said, some will have put it on (some possibly thinking it would be a quick 'win' for the Mags) and got bored of not having a clue after all the legal jargon and switched off.

Some of the Mags think they have this hoooge Toon Army when in reality it's nowhere as big as they think. Even the 1892pledge only has a few 1,000 pledging a month now. I'll admit I'm guessing as it went up just over £16,000 in September so an average of £5 would be just over 3,000 mags.
