Signing Gray and Townsend suggests the money has dried up.

FFP is the problem, not actual funding.

We've got to shift some shite before we buy even more, it's our new strategy.

Although we might be getting rid of one player shortly with a contract termination.....

Every mag I know was at the game, and also in the Fullwell the day they took it over
Haha
It was sarcasm mate, rather like the fact they get 52,000 screaming home fans.
I knaa pal but I can’t stand any comments on those reprobates that suggests to their “new post 92” fans that puts them in a positive light. You never hear of there 7000/8000 crowds when they had trees growing in the Gallowgate End and nee toilets in the main stand. Don’t own their ground. FTM

Honestly the number of mags either through work or friends of friends who I’ve spoken to over the years who reckon they were at the Gillingham game..it’s only when I’ve started to quiz them about it that I’ve realised what a load of bullshitters they are..there was 200 of them..maximum..in the Clockstand towards the Roker end surrounded by police..i was in the Fulwell end and had a decent view of them.

At least one of them was a Sunderland fan too! My mate was walking round the back of the clock stand and a copper asked where he was from and when he replied Newcastle he made him go in with the mags!

I wonder why the Saudis haven’t moved onto another club . The Italians seem to be on a bit of a renaissance and I’m sure their authorities wouldn’t have any objections to a takeover of one of their clubs . One of the Milan clubs would give them the exposure they are seeking .

When they've been linked with other clubs the supporters have generally kicked off saying they don't want them as owners, a complete contrast to the Peoples Republic of Geordieland

Lollll. All smoke and mirrors to get the government to push through the takeover without the need for arbitration :lol::lol:

All they could do is fine the club maybe points deduction but they wouldn’t dare kick us out of the league other 14 clubs would go nuts if they did.

HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAA

There's not really much to say. It was always a smokescreen to avoid buying players and spend money on the squad. Sadly, a section of the fanbase - the ones on Twitter it would seem, have lapped it up.

Im much more concerned about the lack of quality in our squad for the coming season, and whilst I am in no way a fan of Bruce, he has been dealt a shitty hand for the coming season.

It’s absolutely amazing how he continues to do this season after season. He has literally no shame

Once this one has ran out of steam where does he go? Jeff Bezos? Vladimir Putin? The CCP?
Haha

I follow an old photos of Newcastle Facebook page and they genuinely romanticise the days of being absolutely covered in the hot piss of other men on matchdays in the Gallowgate.

I just can't believe it's being lapped up by some fans after over a decade of his ownership. Every year a new way of either trying to sell season tickets or avoid investing in the squad and every year some people buy it.

It's gonna be a long f***ing season. Again. Haha.
