Played some of the most eye wateringly bleak football imaginable at the Mags but got tossed off as being “a true pragmatist”, “a tactical genius” by all the dribblers in their support. Everton are downgrading significantly here.
They’re downgrading from Sam Allardyce!

They will go for Conte instead 🤣🤣🤣🤣

FFS the never stop giving do they?

If you took away the Liverpool connection Everton fans would love to have a manager who has won something at just about every club he has been at. Because of his links to LFC he will struggle, he also was disliked at Chelsea and won them the Europa cup as well as a top four finish. Everton fans would soon forgot about his past if he achieved anything like that.
I don't think he could do any worse than Ancolotti, Silva. Allardyce, Koeman and Martinez, especially if he had the same amount of money as those to spend. He would have to hit the ground running to get the fans on side. First 6 games next season are... Southampton, Leeds, Brighton, Burnley, Villa and Norwich, so a good start is not beyond a possibility.

I saw Chelsea fans swearing they'd never go back to Chelsea after Lampard got peddled, haven't heard any recently.
If Rafa gets them going he'll be fine, not that I think he will.
One season and a sizeable payout would be my guess
