If it was any other club you could read it 2 ways. You can read that 2 ways, he won't be in the running if he's already got the job.

That’s me done.
Whilst I agree that Keane would never agree to this set up surely this was clear at the first meeting, why waste so much time on it?i said that from day one..he wont work with a DOF because his era didnt really have them...
LJ was a much stronger candidate than l;ennon, who is just a shamblesWould be another disaster, he has achieved nothing in management in England. Same mistakes as employing LJ all over again.

yours is a very reasonable point.Whilst I agree that Keane would never agree to this set up surely this was clear at the first meeting, why waste so much time on it?
Could this be because we’ve wasted two games and ruined automatics?
Useless *****
Keane has walked away.
Will get f***ing toxic now.
Hard to imagine the reason is not linked to not wanting to work under Speakman's model.
I think Roy would suit a DoF model, but the question for me is whether we are doing it right, are the boundaries clear enough and is it professional. The noises coming out of the Johnson end of his sacking suggest not.
Shambles.
I'm far from convinced he was the perfect man for the job but the whole situation is embarrassing and a cluster fuck.Tin hat on but good.
i said during the week..there is no doubt roy keane can earn £1m a year from TV work after dinner speaking and commercial deals he does....and league one managers dont get [paid anything like that..so it was always going to be a challenge for him to accept itNot surprised really, he wanted the job, they've talked him out of it. That said, we don't know if his wage demands were realistic, we're in league one now after all and he must be on a canny wedge at Sky/ITV.
