North East Teams Competition

Here is a fun but competitive football competition for the season ahead. The idea is to choose which position each of the North East teams will end the season.

How the scoring works…
If you take Sunderland to finish 5 (th) and they finish 2 (nd) then you would have a -3 score.
If you take Sunderland to finish 2 (nd) and they finish 7 (th) then you would have a -5 score.
Add these scores for all the teams to get the total score.

The best possible score if you got every team correct would be zero. So the object of the game is to get the lowest minus score.

Score updates will be provided throughout the season to let us see how we are doing but it is the final League placings that matter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please read before entering)
You must predict EVERYONE of the listed teams, any not fully completed will be voided.
As tempting as it may sound to take Newcastle to finish 20th (LOL) you may be giving yourself a handicap score of around -15.
Only ONE entry per username allowed
Your FIRST ENTRY IS YOUR FINAL ENTRY (any entries or changes by same username will be ignored)
Entries must have all teams fully completed by 3PM on 5th August.
Entries MUST be in one complete post.
At the end of the season the person with the nearest to zero score will win a *crackerjack pencil.

I am surprised how many think Hartlepool are going to do well.
