Genuinely think in my time watching SAFC (only since 1997) the best 3 centre halves I've seen are Mukiele, Alderete and Ballard. Before that it was probably Bould, Evans or half a season from Koné or Kaboul, so longevity isn't even a factor.

When it looks like he's injured, only to go on a lung busting run down the wing moments later...
Celebrating a big 50/50 he obviously comes out on top of...
My mates son was mascot earlier in the season, was "assigned" Nordi, and he was amazing with him by all accounts. Helped calm his nerves and made sure he was enjoying it every step of the way.

Je certainly was. From what I can see during games, he is an all-in player who sets and insists upon the highest of standards and is always in players faces when they arent on it. He even had a ding dong with Xhaka on Sunda.

If Malo Gusto played for Burnley or Wolves there’s no chance they’d have picked him to go to the WC. He was shite last weekend… but to be fair every Chelsea player was, except PalmerThe simple fact that France took Malo Gusto () at the WC instead of Nordi is a clear sign that he went under the radar.
That's great, as he'll stay at least another season to achieve great things with Xhaka and co.
17 goals in 87. That's one in 5 and whilst Enzo is 1 in 7, I just think he offers a lot more.

Sess was far more direct where Enzo is more of a playmaker I’d say.
I wouldn’t disagree Enzo is a better footballer but sess was far better dribbler etc and like I say played in a far worse team
