I’m not sure the model for wingers is working! Loaning out Adingra and going into the market at the same £15-20m level seems like a loss for the recruitment team. We’ve done amazingly this year but getting the attacking element right is the hardest bit and I don’t think the way we’re approaching it currently has got much chance of working if we all aspire to be the next level side.

Whilst we obviously do have positions we target I think we get quality players when we can. Neither Mukiele or Geertruida are really CB’s for example but we’re very good and available.
