Coates in, jesus. Lets hope he's better than he was in his last game for us.

Who the fuck would say beat Newcastle instead of win a trophy?

Proper small time mentality

Audi has won multiple Le Mans titles with people like Alan McNish and Tom Kristiensen. I don't think there is a single Audi fan or member of the team that would swap any of their titles at Le Sarthe for one overall win in the WEC despite winning many Le Mans trophies. Le Mans is almost as big as the overall World Endurance Championship title. It seems to me teams almost desire the Le Mans title more than the WEC title. They up their game it seems when Le Mans comes round. Porsche began working on a 3rd car for Le Mans before finalizing their team for the 1st and 2nd car for the entire WEC campaign. They signed Nico Hulkenberg from Force India for Le Mans before confirming their 2014 team for the 2015 WEC. Sometimes in sport there is a part that is more important and bigger than the whole.

And in football a derby win is almost as big as a trophy. Bragging rights and confidence from regularly beating their bitterest rival is precious to every fan. Losing a derby hurts me almost as much as going out of a cup.

Derby win. No contest.

For a team like us its a hell of a lot easier to win a Derby than it is to win a trophy
