Im not piping him off I just said he’s done a good job. Pardew also done a good job which I said at the time and still maintain.
If he gets a better offer he will be away.
But realistically he’s not going to get a better offer to go to a club where he can get away with just about anything, with no blame attached to him.
It will be interesting to see how he plays the summer if he gets what he asks for, he won’t be able to whinge and moan and have his usual transfer window histrionics.
It will be interesting to see how he spends the money and how he twists if it doesn’t work out.
If he signs he’s agreeing to the terms Ashley has offered. So no excuses for him

Pardew did an excellent job, better than Benitez imo.
Allardyce was doing fine but was ridiculously sacked.
Carver took over a team in 10th and almost relegated them so no he didn’t do a good job.

exactly, thats why he would be stupid to leave. He could take them down yet the mags fans seem to care little or not if he plays decent football. Mags I know dont like his football and openly admitted that in previous managers they would have hounded/booed etc them out. However are resigned that essentially staying up is the expected requirements nowadays
