If this takeover happens, and I have doubts about it. Can you imagine the craziness that will break out when they don’t finish top four or win a major trophy within two seasons?
Then the Arab gadgie burps, farts and decides he doesn’t like footy any more.

Everyone is just guessing.

Nothing has happened beyond the statement on Monday saying terms have been agreed.

Would take some serious money to get into the top 4 now days.

They’d need to spend at least 200m I’d say, if they didn’t may kick off insult the Arab with protests and he pulls the plug :lol:

Even with shit loads of money to break into top 4 be really hard.

Man C have the money and the squad already.

Liverpool are going from strength to strength.

Tottenham have a good squad and will strengthen I’d imagine with stadium built now.

Be battling with Chelsea, Arsenal and Man U who all have good squads and will also spend.

I’d imagine if another rich Arab gets involved too it will sky rocket the transfer fees once again too which is pretty much ruining football.

The gap between 2nd and 3rd will just get bigger and probably then another big gap from 5th to 6th.

Cannon fodder mate.avoiding relegation is their gig, just like the rest of the also rans. The level of investment required as you rightly say is beyond the means of the bloke allegedly involved.
