All the thickies out in force with the 'all fart and no shit' comments I see.

Expecting a midfielder in a bottom half defensively minded Premier League team to score or get an assist every game even though he's surrounded by shite like Joelinton.
The truth is somewhere in between. Plenty of players will manage to score more than the 3 goals he got last season in bottom half prem sides. He’s an exciting player to watch but his end product is nowhere near the level of a top player.

He’s not that good
That's, the problem with some fans of clubs like ours some of us think that unless it's Messi or Ronaldo playing for us then every other player is shite

When in reality players like ASM or sessegon or steed or zendan or Shelvey, Fraser, etc etc etc are very decent premier League footballers

Is very exciting to watch the type of player that gets you off your seat and if he played for us we would adore him.

He makes things happen and his pace is frightening yea he has some poor games but for a mid to lower club like the mags he's a very good player

Why would you watch the Fookin Orks?

Headless chicken

He beats a man and that's a highly vaulable commodity these days given how detailed and discplined tactics have become. If you have a player that can consistently commit an opponent it destroys the shape of an opponent.

It's the reason people like him and Zaha will go for over £50m.

I think he’s a very good player on his day but reminds me a bit of Ben Arfa. Will have a brilliant game one week then do fuck all the next week, strolling round the pitch not tracking back.

His end product looks pretty good to me like. He's not like that plodder Almiron who couldn't hit a cows arse, he seems to set up and cause keepers problems.

He's no world beater but you could see him at a club like Wolves and not look out of place.
