Thought I'd check out the mag forum and see what the crack was. Surprise surprise they have a 475 page thread dedicated to this place. :lol:

(for educational purposes only. do not click)

Say hello to the mags, lads. They're watching us. Not obsessed in the slightest. :lol:

There’s a 907 page thread on the mags directly above this one

See Caulkin is spouting his usual shite in the Times today

As if "Rafa" is the only manager in the world capable of getting them about a point a game

Instead, this is an existential emergency. After more than a decade of bliss and turbulence, Kevin Keegan and Sir Bobby Robson, pushing Manchester United, beating Barcelona and record fees, the 11 years under Mike Ashley have brought two relegations and a slow corrosion. The elemental has been lost: fun

'kin hell man :lol::lol:

Benítez, a Champions League-winner who saw Newcastle’s potential and is adored by supporters
:lol::lol:

As long as Rafa is here, there’s possibility,” Betts says. “The people who own the club don’t have the ambition to be anything special. Benítez is that beacon. My line in the sand is that the minute he goes, there’s no glue keeping anybody there

:lol:

Well I thought id read it so I could comment accordingly. What a load of old f***ing nonsense, started off comparing their spend to Wolves and how despite spending less are 4 points above the relegation zone because of Rafa . They don’t mention the relative spend of those below them nor the fact that Wolves are a good 6 points ahead of them.
Its an article bending over backwards for some reason to mitigate him from relegating them once and the possibility of doing it again

Yes, on THE MAGS. Not on the mag forum itself. That entire thread was titled SMB forum gold. It was an entire thread dedicated to this place. They also have other mackem threads where they talk about football related matters.

Newcastle are organised but the football is awful to watch. Big Sam was thrown out for doing the same when he was in charge of them, Never heard him being called a genius ;) Idiots the lot of them...

Isnt this literally what a large portion of your fan base are convinced Sartori is going to do once you get back to the prem? Hence the threads about his relationship to chairman etc?

I've not saw a single post saying this will happen .More fantasy than expectation.

Take off black and white and red and white glasses for a second.

Ashley is maximising profit margins from NUFC as best he can. He admits he hasn't the revenue to compete where your fans want to be. Why would anyone invest in NUFC to compete and make zero profit with the tighter FFP rules?

Days of Chelsea Man City takeovers are over you are very stable despite what your fans claim. At best you'll be a couple places higher signing average players for high fees but accruing debt while you do it.
