A ‘true’ boycott at a televised game would make a massive impact but it never happens and is always half arsed and just looks shit. IF it worked however it would be splashed all ower the press and talked about all over the media and would probably result in some sort of reaction for fat mike.

That's because empty stadiums look bad on TV (where the real revenue is in football). It also means people aren't buying things at the ground.

They tend to have a good crowd and most wont be part of the Magpie group. They will still get 40-50k imo.

They won't. There will be half a dozen mags. Who will get laughed at by the natives. So in desperation, two will nip into Sportsdirect and but Liverpool and Everton shirts out of desperation.

They just divvent undahstand that the whole basis of their protest is... "our chairman isn't spending more money than we like and we think we deserve better" and that everyone else thinks it's hilarious.

Mike Ashley is no saint. But he is still paying the bills and keeping them afloat. Serve them right if he sold up to an absolute bastard that bankrupted them to oblivion.
 
This will cement their relegation. Their players will want out and potential investors won't be arsed on with the hassle. Their fans are mental.
