Also, why do you not include the subs in this valuation, after all, Rafa bought most of them, just because Ki was a free transfer doesn’t mean he’s worthless, easily at least a £5m player, not to mention the likes of Muto, Manquillo, Atsu, Joselu, etc... all on the bench, quite a few bobs worth there.

All a bit of a pointless comparison really. Using this method, you have to wonder how Spurs manage when they can’t compete with Newcastle on the striker front, Joselu (£5m) compared with Harry Kane (£0).

Unless they are bottom in January then Ashley won't be giving him any more money to spend.
 

Couple of the lads at work who go to the match together have a season ticket it's their last year on the fixed price they aren't renewing next season, partly because of Ashley but also because of benitez and I quote "the terrible football on show "

They don't go as far as slating benitez but they think that he's partly to blame this season

he has always been to blame. They look decent when they attack but he doesnt let them, its all sneidy counter attacks having frustrated teams with their organised defence. When the camera pans around to show the fans they look utterly fed up and bored.
