Got a feeling Palace may do you but do think you will pick up points. Did have a hard start as long as pick up points in these games be looking better but if don't will Rafa be looking down the barrel?

Or would he walk as can see him being sacked due to backlash Ashley would get (would be hilarious mind) but then again he's on a lethal wage and has 52k tongues up his hoop

Don't think Ashley would sack him as he probably believes he can keep the team in the top flight and that is all that he wants.
The start was difficult, and you would expect us to have lost all the games that we have. The Cardiff game, looking at it objectively, last season's 10th place team goes away to a newly promoted side in their first home game and its not a nailed on win for the away team.
Got to start getting points now as we will lose at man united, so minimum of 3 from Leicester and Palace, but would take the draw at Palace and hopefully win at home to Leicester. Not confident like.

Couldn't even beat newly promoted Cardiff.

Man City couldn't even beat newly promoted Wolves. That's football.

Wolves are way better than Cardiff though.

Can't see Palace but can with Leicester unless they start playing better.

Hopefully you lose the lot that's just the Sunderland fan in me though

The goal difference gives a clue. They have had the worst possible start fixtures wise but -4 would suggest they've done ok in those games.

It could go either way now, a good result Vs Palace and their next 8 games will see plenty of points.

Lose Vs Palace and suddenly the 'we've had a tough start' excuse will be doubted.

This is a very sensible post. We were unlucky to lose to spurs and Chelsea. We were always going to lose to man city. We were the better team in the first half against arsenal but absolute dogshit in the second half and deserved to lose. Could have either won (last minute penalty) or lost (played like shite and had ten men for a while) v Cardiff. Difficult start and although we’ve shown glimpses of being not bad at times and able to compete, we’ve been horrendous at other points. Much like the whole of last season. We could finish bottom or tenth. Most likely somewhere in between.

Will be safe as fuck. Had a hard start, you can tell you are well drilled and lesser teams won’t break you down but while trying will leave plenty space for you to create chances
