I or no Newcastle fan never said they are our rivals now or anytime recently. Just that we did actually rival them for trophies in the mid to late 90s. Title races and fa cup finals. That is been someone's rival.

Always better than us off the pitch?
One club sells out every game and the other club has to close parts of its ground and worry about how to cover tens of thousands of empty seats. We were getting far bigger gates in the championship than you were in the pl.

But ok yeah we are the deluded ones then.

Incorrect.

Robson left Barcelona two years earlier and had a spell at PSV before becoming Newcastle manager.
Rafa Tha Gaffa was sacked by Real Madrid and went to manage Newcastle two or three months after
 
If I was obsessed with Newcastle being obsessed with Sunderland I’d follow that link and read whatever its related to.
 
Worst of all is the horse punching. That is something, globally, they'll never live down, it will be a constant reminder of how they act when little old Sunderland beat them. They're absolutely unique in that they're the most entitled fanbase in Britain, no one compares to them in how precious they are, everybody hates them, the amount of feedback you read from random teams who think they're deluded and arrogant is off the charts.

those 6 consecutive wins further compounded the damage done to your
psyche.

A word of advice If i may. This is
football, it's sport, no more no less, take the banter for what it is;
banter. Give it back in measured doses, give it back without the poison
tinged angst displayed here because it's inevitable when the time is
