Yup, I remember Swindon getting a slap on the wrist for financial irregularities years ago. Demoted 2 divisions as I recall, reduced to 1 on appeal. It’s taken a little more seriously these days as well.

Ashley has no interest in improving and I would be shocked if Benitez is still there in August.

Sounds like it, he also said earlier this week that he wouldn’t let the emotion of the fans influence this time, like it did after the Spurs game when they’d been relegated.
