Going fro Swamsea to Everton is a slight upgrade (you'll finish higher but still not win anything),
While moving ftom Everton to Man Utd or Liverpool is huge.
Not comparable.
You musr have laughed at our arrogance when were up in arms about Kone moving up the food chain in the summer 2016. Our mistake.

As for Rooney, got taken when it suited Man Utd, spat back out at yous when they had done with him.

Yeah they'll only be doubling their wages
Guaranteed top half football
Playing European football every 1 out of 2 seasons or so
More chance of winning something but I agree still a small chance (what have Spurs or Liverpool won lately)

But yeah a "slight" upgrade. Bet Gyfi is made up he aint slugging it out in the fizzy pop league next season - just a shame our current manager is a shit house otherwise we could be playing in Europe again next season but hey ho glad for Burnley fans who are in the whole decent.

Again are you seriously stupid or just not getting my point? Its nothing to do eith being "up in arms" your fans were right to not be happy BUT I read on here alot saying it was a step up for him which you cant argue was right. The fact he wanted to leave also points to that

@EverBlue86 I agree with you mate, you’ve been bang on with what you’ve posted.

Mate some people have grown a weird hatred of EFC on here. Everytime I come on lately its Everton bashing, wanking over Liverpool etc.

I'll be glad when Real dump them out of the final and we fuck Alladyce off next week then maybe some will lose the bee in their bonnet with us

You hint at something Newcastle supporters simply can't grasp.

All of their best players inevitably leave and are very happy to do so.

The Mags don't really want Mitrovic, Joselu, Slimani, etc .... they want big money forwards.

The problem is that they simply don't want to go to Newcastle, even for the same or better wages.

Why can't the Mags stop blaming Ashley and deluding themselves

You sound like the mags in the 90s early 2000s

Because they think that they're one of the big clubs like Man City and Liverpool etc, etc............f***ing deluded alright.

Liverpool have won 9 trophies since Everton last won one, they've also been runners up in the league a couple of times, and lost in a couple of finals, and are in the champions league final this season.
Spurs have won 2 trophies since Everton last won one, have had some good title challenges in the last couple of years, and have also lost in three finals.

Well lets say the last decade then as I doubt Neymar gives a fuck that Michael Owen won Liverpool a few pots in the 90's.

What have Liverpool and Spurs won?

1 league cup combined

Right so yes no doubt a big step up from us at present but hardly the same level as a Man City or Chelsea.

And again nothing to do with the top 6. Is Everton a step up from Newcastle, Swansea, Watford etc at present? Most level headed say yes but ny point was many of those clubs fans troll our board saying they are bigger and we have no chance of signing their star player/manager yet all end up coming/wanting to come in the end. If you talk the talk you need to back it up hence why I dont go on Man Utd forums giving it the big one.

I don’t know why they bother. They inevitably end up looking silly. Maybe they have masochistic tendencies, or perhaps they are just dense. I can’t decide. The vast majority of them follow the same pattern. They start out being reasonable, then next thing you know they’re running around with their mag hanging out. It’s bizarre.

2008 league cup, 2012 league cup

2009 2nd place, 2015 2nd place, 2017 2nd place
Lost in finals in 2009 and 2012, 2015, 2016 (x2).

So really in the last decade I'd still say Spurs or Liverpool have more chance of winning something than Everton who have only made the final of the FA Cup in 2009.

Also Everton have played in Europe twice in the last 8 season, doesn't really tally with you saying Europe every other season does it?

I agree Everton is a step up from most teams other than the big six or whatever they get called.

Which is my point however fans from clubs like Watford/Southampton etc sign up to EFC boards on the wind up "you'll not get Koeman we are a side step move" "Watford are on the up your not bigger than us since the 80's" etc. Yet they always end up leaving.

My point was the Newcastle fans on the comments section were making big statements like that but I doubt punch come to shove in the summer they would back it up yet that Qwerty bloke cant seem to comprehend my point as the bloke has a weird hatred of EFC - most likely one of Alladyce's cult followers.

It’s saturday morning, log off and get some fresh air.

I think this board is sending you over the edge.

People are naturally biased towards their own clubs I suppose, and in the last 25 years or so, Everton haven't really been media darlings or challenged for a title, and by today's standards have a smallish ground. People under the age of maybe 40 probably don't remember Everton as being majorly succesful. Proper football people recognise Everton's position in the English game, but it would be easy for people of a certain age to be ignorant to it.

And you sound like someone bitter who'll argue the toss over everything despite knowing your wrong.

No, the arguments you make for Everton are the same the mags made in the 90s earky 2000s.
Top half finishes, Europe, more chance of trophies ( while not actually winning any).
Did Duncan Ferguson move on to the next level back then?

Nowhere near 80% but if you keep getting this wound up it only encourages me.

In truth I respond to alerts from Mags who only seem to want to talk about me and half of.my responses are either  or

Why not try talking about football and ignore me, there's a good lad.

You might want to start by accepting my point is perfectly valid instead of avoiding it and feeding your delusion.
