He is a pre-eminent coach who we would love at Sunderland.
 
If Sunderland had a UEFA elite coach we would be in a better place right now.

To say otherwise is a little pathetic.

I'm sure they would but they'll not admit it. I can't believe Newcastle have somehow got a manager as good as him. Certainly the best we could hope for. Only have to look at the lengthy threads on here about how he's a fraud, a failure, a cheque book manager etc to see the lengths people go to in order to discredit him. The amount of Valencia pre 2004 and Napoli experts on here is incredible. People know all about them squads and their transfers etc. Mental really.
I wasn't around here when Pardew was manager at Newcastle but I doubt people were trawling through Charlton and Reading's transfer activity and results to show Pardew up as being shite.

You're right there. Finished 5th meaning extra European games, 6 players left in the summer and only Vurnon Anita came in.

Exactly. Madness that people cannot see it. Let their hatred of Newcastle cloud the fact that Rafa Benitez is a good manager. Newcastle are better off with him. That's not a secret to anybody outside of Sunderland.

Sociedad - they are tripe at the moment and have no cash. At Newcastle he can command a whopping big salary and they all seem too like him there
