haway he's lost so many of his supposed targets, kid yourself as much as you like about the window opening today.
But he apparently took no holidays, wanted signings in early and it hasn't happened. User name wild Turkey, maybe it should be ostrich
What targets are those? The ones in the press??

He's had reason to walk 12 months ago, and no-one would have batted an eyelid, but he stayed

If he walks then fair do's, but I don't think he will (til xmas at least if it does happen)

Let's be honest we were never going to pay 30m plus for Carvalho who is still a sporting player actually

His team isn't good enough atm and it wouldn't be good enough regardless of who was in charge. It doesn't really matter if he stays or not - if they don't get a load of new players in it will be a struggle. Early signs are that not much is going to happen in the transfer market whether he walks or not.

It's July the 1st let's not get too upset yet if it's a similar position in a months time then it's time to worry, lots of coming and going with all clubs in the next 6 weeks

Ahem, Aiden Mcgeady

Championship club in targeting player who had a good season Championship last season under the same manager shocker.

I am not sure what that has to do with Newcastle targeting the aforementioned players, but whatever.

Do you want to address the comment? Are you happy with those players being some of your main targets?

I like your optimism. I am not so sure its going to be as you describe however..
This has the hallmark of fat Mike all over it. ... Lack of preparation and interest - & critical tasks delegated to those (Charnley) who are incapable of planning and foresight not to mention nous. Piss ups and breweries comes to mind.
If Rafa does walk - and Id put that possibility at about 50% right now - Ashleys time will be up as there would be a full blown boycott and he would see the writing on the wall.
Hope it doesnt come to this and the proper signings start to appear.
...And that a club sale follows so we can finally be rid of this odious individual.

You will struggle to get a reply from him, he appears very selective with his replies when cornered
