Any other supporters held a mock funeral?

Probably

Unrest?

Haway man, these are people issuing death threats, posting on social media that they wished the owner had died in the helicopter crash, stalking him on a night out, protesting outside his business, etc,, etc, etc ..... that's not 'a bit of unrest' ffs

Were you not on about leading a march on Ellis Short's castle last season?

Bought the chronicle the othe day
Why you may ask...because I was offered two free advent calendars with it!

Anyways - Ryder seems to write almost all the articles! In one Rafa says it’s easier to play when you have “52000 supporting you”

So presumably the away fans also support the mags when they go to st James s???
Played 8 games at home already this season and lost 6

Yes I was but you're avoiding the question ..... no surprise, you usually do,

Short had put SAFC in vast debt and taken us to the 3rd division, you're whinging about net spend in the PL.

Ashley has put Newcastle into vast debt, so that's similar, and having suffered a couple of relegations under him, maybe people have had enough. At the time you wanted to sack Skibo, you had only been relegated once.

Who'd have thought it, eh? Football fans wanting the best for their club. Strange isn't it?

On a Sunderland board at 11:50 on a Saturday night, not even aware you're going round and round in circles. @What A Waster eh?

The mags I know go on about how fulham have spent loads, yet totally ignoring the position fulham are in. They go on about this so called free advertising of SD at the stadium. Its bollocks and they are paid the going rate, which is not huge amounts considering its a some signs dotted around the stadium, which gets used twice a month. Ashley owes it to the shareholders of SD to get the best possible deal but he massively over compensates that with interest free loans to nufc.

Their problem in January is attracting players.
From 12 down, Wolves are a better prospect and can pay wages, 3 London clubs....say no more, Southampton is closer to London than Newcastle plus it's a bigger club. After that, it's Burnley, Huddersfield or Cardiff. That's their standard now

We'd been involved in about 6 consecutive relegation battles, with us regularly being at the foot of the table despite the club expending vast amount of money on wages. He then offered a meagre, uncompetitive budget in the championship. We'd won something like 2 home games in a year. You on the other hand were close to financial ruin when Ashley took over, he's turned you into a profitable club and you're about where a club of your stature would expect to be in the PL.

It is completely different.

It always was their standard about from a few "golden years" in the nineties and early noughties.
