I cannot stand them. I’d love them to have a prolonged absence from the top flight and see how good their self proclaimed marvellous fan base really are.
This is what's needed to shut the twats up once and for all. Got a taster first time they went down until it became clear they were going to win it. Then the Benitez effect last time.

Fair enough they are back in the prem and they are above us etc, but they have absolutely nowhere to go, bizarrely I'd rather be a Sunderland fan, I mean I would anyway, because they're an embarrassing set of fans but even if they were normal, we can get excited about watching games where both teams try to win the game.

Look at clubs spending big and it doesn't make any difference they still end up mid table or relegated but buying players is fun for fans and the mags haven't even got that out of it.

Let's face it the premier league is absolutely shit, pointless league with the same shit different season, I'll be happy when we get back there but then I'll remember how utterly futile life is when we're being turned over at home by tin pot teams from the South.
Nah mate.

Eh? Club is financially sound, sell out crowds, top flight football, future England captain, World class manager... Bless them.

Just hope we can have a good season and get the feel good factor back whilst watching them implode and embarrass themselves every week on social media and in/outside the ground.

I feel sorry for every fan that will have to sit and watch their team park the bus against Man City, I know I'm not going to bother watching such football matches this season.
Same old shit, scared of two games of football every season.

Dont worry about us man.
We are still in the top flight and will be stronger than last season.

We've still got our fingers secretly crossed that Ashley will sell or that an ambitious buyer will emerge - we'll see.

The only pressure on Benitez is to keep us up- and we've seen him cope with that already so I'm pretty confident.
But yes, it would be nice to be looking forward to winning more than we lose - which looks some way off.

I'd be more concerned about the pressure on your new guy. ...

.. 90% appear to be expecting this season to be a jog to promotion.

Let's see if that looks to be the case after September's done.

What if Ashley sells to someone who's not as savvy with money as him tho ? Don't you worry that the grass isn't always greener ? In my opinion Newcastle will do very well to sell up to a better chairman than Mike Ashley.

I wish. Be years till another one.
Clubs are spending twenty to thirty on one player just to stand still.
Not a world class, or a great player.
Just a good player.
Fifty upwards is the norm.
Chelsea thirty five million on Danny Drinkwater on last season.
This 45 million on Siggurdson etc etc.

They finished 10th last season and now they've lost a couple of pre-season games. They've had mp writing letters and fans almost in tears on ssn and season hasnt even started yet, they need to get a grip.
:lol::lol::lol::lol:

NUFC BOYCOTTS on Twitter

We believe that the #BoycottChelsea campaign can be even greater than #BoycottSpurs with the desire to make a statement to Ashley even greater now. I urge Newcastle fans to seriously think about boycotting before Rafa is forced out of the club. #ifrafagoeswego

You could by me for £90m. It doesn’t make me a world beater.

The gap in quality of footballer around the world is getting shorter and shorter, with coaching improving on every continent.

Add factors like time and management to that, you get that right, you’re onto a winner.
