Cooked a ham in a sriracha , Dijon and stem ginger syrup glaze - we were going to have ham egg and chips but all we’ve done is slice bits off during regular kitchen trips and now on the Christmas chocolate mountain after a week of very little appetite

Chateaubriand with home made red onion chutney.
Home made goose fat roast potatoes.
Mushrooms stuffed with Boursin garlic cheese.

Washing down with a bottle of Rioja.

Roast chicken with all the trimmings at my parents house as is our New Year’s Day traditions. Compliments to my mother.

Breakfast was couple slices of black pudding & 2 fried eggs, with some buttered stottie.
Then later had a curry battered bun and some chips from The Bay.
Just had a couple of slices of buttered stottie

Thats a lot of butter, batter, bun and stottie! Sounds delish!
