I do know they have been advertising the women’s roles for a long time now (and past the stated deadlines), so I assume they have not been filled.
Also I’m shocked that this is how you advertise for elite coaches. I assumed it would be through a specialist recruitment firm or platform. Surely most people who hold the coaching qualifications are not scouring the classifieds?

Some of the roles have been up there for ages, but ones like the Operations Executive I haven't noticed before and it's got an application deadline which is in the past as well, so that's not great!
In terms of coaches I think (but could be wrong) that part of having category one academy status includes having to have vacancies widely displayed, and putting them on the website is one of the ways of satisfying that condition. That's likely not where they expect to find the successful candidate and I'm sure there's other routes as well. I'm sure the condition probably expects them to list the vacancy before it's expired mind
