Even when they announce it it'll be with some shitty dramatic video rather than just a picture like any normal team would do.

Like that's even a thing.
If they thought it was a mess they would just put it out with the minimum of fuss and say very little.
Why would they make a whole marketing campaign drawing attention to it bit by bit?
"We've messed right up here, how can we make this better?"
"Just stick in in the shop and don't bother with even a small press release"
"Oh no wait. I've got a better idea. Let's show a bit each day with the release date on it. That's a sure fire way to make sure nobody notices it when we do eventually reveal it"

Let's hope it is pleasing to those people. They are the ones with the disposable income and they spend the money big style. Before anybody bangs on about giving money to Short a bigger turnover means that the club is more saleable.
