I would agree in the context of getting someone on the rise in the game is preferable (more to prove etc) but baring in the mind the season has started getting an international bowler who took 10 wickets in a test match innings not so long ago is good under the aforementioned circumstance
Didn't we also sign a leggie from Middx?
Think he's just for T20 though I could be wrong

He's got way better pedigree than the recent Aussies we have tried tbf. I think he's excellent.
Ajaz Patel’s stint with Durham has now ended with the Kiwi returning back home to New Zealand, in his place Lancashire spinner Matt Parkinson has returned on loan and will be available for Durham until at least the end of July.
