New Kits 26/27

The club have made an Instagram post about last season’s kits, I wonder if it’s the start of a campaign for our first kit reveal? We have had it confirmed that the first one will be a June launch.

Wonder if we will follow villa, mags and Chelsea and announce the kit without a sponsor as we are still negotiating

The Blues have not had a front of shirt sponsor since the end of the 2022/23 season when their deal with mobile phone provider Three expired.

They have deliberately been avoiding shirt sponsorship because the club’s ownership is holding out for a record-breaking deal in the range of £60-£65million per year.

It’s believed they have rejected lower-value offers to avoid setting a lower financial standard believing the industry will match their valuation.

Not sure I paid much attention to the fact they haven't had a shirt sponsor for that long

Sounds like incredible stupidity to me

They’ve been waiting to get back in the CL so they can get a big deal signed but finishing 10th won’t get them what they want

Off a Bit of a tangent in relation to shirts but reminds me a bit of a story saw about Coty supposedly holding out for a 400k fee for Kalvin Phillips, if holding out for such rather than giving him away for free they’ll probably give him more than that in wages for every extra month he stays
