New Kits 26/27

30 years since our last season at Roker, a Hummel version of that white Scorpion Lager away kit would be nice!

One year deal signed in the last season new gambling sponsor contracts were allowed so looks like we’ll get someone new.

If they continue with the pattern of at least one retro one each season then I’d expect it to be yellow. Hopefully the yellow and black Hummel one.

I’m hoping that for the home we eventually get one that’s similar to the first asics kit - black socks and all.
 
Sure I've seen EPL teams wearing next season's new kit for their last home game of the season? So might be released earlier than normal. I'd like the early 80's Le Coq Sportif home kit to be replicated as an away kit. Maybe without the crimson short shorts. White top red pinstripe, white shorts, red socks.
I'm guessing if the back panel of the home short is all white then that rules our an all white away kit?

Man that Le Coq strip was awful...almost as bad as the thin stripe one we wore under Grayson ( ☺Briefly )

We’ll be changing sponsor so it’s more likely to be a late release than done before the end of the season

I would personally love to see a rework of the old yellow and blue third kit with a nod to County Durham on it, firstly to reclaim our County Durham heritage and secondly to fuck the Durham Mags off
 
I wouldn't mind us going back to Adidas. Hummel kits have been class but the other merch has been pretty shite imo bar a couple of the matchday jackets
