Heard there is to be a new gym, where PC World was, can anyone confirm this and know what gym it'll be?

Keep hearing rumours about another JD Gyms opening in Sunderland but i cant see anything online.

It got planning permission as far back as June for change of use and installation of a mezz floor. Guessing they're waiting for the right time?

Interesting its priced a few quid more than Pure Gym. I thought they'd go lower to try and snatch a bit of business away.

Looks good but there is quite a concentration of low cost gyms in that area, would have been better suited to Doxford Park/Houghton area maybe.
