New England Coach

Hesson would be my choice, but it will be Silverwood

Should have separate coach for ODI and Test, but can't see it happening

nobody stands out for me got to be honest, I'd like it to be a different voice from outside the dressing room mind

Need someone to be more hands on in the test team, especially with selection and structure, fine details, but there is so much cricket and you get the sense he will be going for an overseer with coaches beneath him, rather than a hands on coach

I think its so so poor Giles hasnt got someone in, Bayliss said 2 years ago he was leaving now, what has Giles been doing for the last 6 months plus???

Trouble with Stewart is on TMS he seems horribly Surrey biased
He's the Director of Cricket isn't he?

My first thought was he'd be good - but has he coached?
edit, from wiki
In 2009, Stewart rejoined Surrey as a part-time consultant to the coaching staff specialising in batting, wicket keeping and mentoring.[11]

Since retiring from playing Stewart has taken on the role as the Club Ambassador for Surrey County Cricket Club and was made an executive director in 2011.

On 17 June 2013, it was announced by Surrey County Cricket Club that Stewart would take charge of first team affairs following the sacking of Chris Adams, until a long term successor is found. In October 2013 the club announced that Graham Ford would become head coach in February 2014, with Stewart becoming Director of Cricket, a new position.

Nasser Hussain waxes lyrical about Stephen Fleming’s leadership qualities. He’s been very successful in IPL for CSK, think he’s worthy of consideration for the short format coach.
