Hope so mate.but they would surely balance that against the positives from STID, Premier Passions, attendances at SOL and the potential remaining untapped

It was more tongue and cheek that post mateBob said this after that appointment, so doesn't include that.
Excellent point Bob - there have been faults on all sides and we do need to come together to move on or get the sale. Please understand mate the RAWA and whoever put a lot of folks off as they suggested the spoke for everyone, when they did not.
if your lot were to say to SD and CM look we might have been a bit abrupt and we may be wrong can we talk around the table, it might just heal the bad feeling, and encourage other folks looking at us to see we are together.
just a suggestion
Fair enough, in that case I wouldn't even say 'the next few weeks', there's nothing to say it might not be 4 months.nah we had one incoming or did you miss that, and others to follow, but if your sensible to get summit done over the table, face to face, it is hard at this time.
I am not in control of time tho, so don't shoot the messenger
You will be surprised how much credibility is given to the perceived views of the consumer through focus groups and the like.I’d say in my world no one gives a fuck or even listens to a bite of notice any of those fans groups/fanzines or what they come out with.
So why grown men who are multi-billionaires would even take a bite of notice really doesn’t register with me.
rocky I don't disagree, but the greater good is for us to pull together
SD has to sell up end ofthe greater good might be for him to do what he said and sell up. Theres no coming back now imo
Doesn’t have to and doesn’t want to.SD has to sell up end of
I am extremely disappointed that RAWA did not engage with its members over such a crucial issue and I think that you should take some personal responsibility for not consulting the SMB members that your represent.
If the above had happened, I might not have agreed with any outcome but I wouldn't have an axe to grind.
I've been to one branch meeting in my life to pay my subs - sorry that I can't help in your attack against the branches.
So how will we show we're not happy?rocky I don't disagree, but the greater good is for us to pull together
I get that but if he does not we are f ckedDoesn’t have to and doesn’t want to.

Harsh asking the lad to take personal responsibility. As I remember it the fanzines wanted to do the statement and RAWA agreed to put their name to it. I don't think there was enough time for Ghandi Floss to poll the members (and iirc he wasn't even available to join the call they had where the decision was cascaded to the reps).
That's not to say the RAWA were blameless. I've said throughout that I think they should have kept their name off it and polled their members. They could have let the fanzines release their statement and then, when a few days had passed and it maybe wasn't top of the agenda any more, they could have added their weight behind it, which would have been more impactful if it came with the majority backing of the members. But to start talking about an individual (volunteer) taking responsibility for it is unnecessary. Mind, as unscientific as it would be, I'd love to go through the thread about the statement to see what percentage of fans were in agreement with it. I think at the time they judged the mood right, albeit they should have confirmed it, it's just that we then randomly actually won a few third tier matches and suddenly people voiced disagreement.
From a footballing point of view Donald couldn’t care less. His interest is how much money he can make.I get that but if he does not we are f cked

I would have thought that FPP would see it as passion. A massive club failing dismally would look worse if supporters had just sat on their hands and accepted any old Shite
It can’t be understated quite how disgusting the summer business was, talk about setting up to fail. The fact Donald thought that was enough to get him 100 points shows he’s a dreadful businessman when it comes to football. The owners created the bad feeling through their contradictions and ineptitude since the summer, not the fans.
The deserve scrutiny, even though they obviously can’t take it. The fans fault narrative doesn’t wash with most. We all just want what’s best for the club.
