It's easy to see what's wrong, Methven could see it. It's harder to actually build something up and get people doing things the right. Hopefully this guy can do that. I'm sick of people blaming gremlins, a rotten core, or piss takers. I just want someone to come into the club and run it properly.

We dont need experienced at this level, we need "successful" at any level but my preference would be successful at a level above with sustained success wherever they have been.

Seems quite common in league one. Bradford being another example. Maybe it's because of two year contracts being common practice and a lot of players who were recruited at the same time leaving, meaning squads are left threadbare. I can think of another club that also be in a similar position.

Perhaps he should have looked at what was wrong with Scunthorpe because his tenure there has been an unmitigated disaster.

far from stopping the piss-take party; Donald etc. are adding to it with every piss-poor decision

He happily accepted the devils money from the soulless wankery that was Rushden & Diamonds for half a dozen seasons.

This the same Jim who has been getting leathered with Charlie on the club's expense ? Good few times this season? That one ?

The same one who has literally failed at every single club he has been at within a high level executive position? That one ?

Honestly, I took some time away since my rage post agaisnt GOM to try and find logic and reasonable positivity in this appointment....
