It was the same with Premier Passions.

Ya think? Weren't we relegated from the Premier League with a bit of fight about us but ultimately not good enough, I was just a kid so can't be 100%.

This season has been disgusting on and off the pitch. Gibson's antics, Roswell being our highest paid employee taken the kids out the club(I won't call him a player as he refuses to do that).

Short clearly wanting away but trying to tell anyone who would listen otherwise, not accepting responsibility for hiring the wrong people to run the club year after year.

Being steamrolled by most teams in the league, with keepers that are an absolute joke.

They can not put a positive spin on it even if they wanted to! Let's just hope by the final episode we can have "Sunderland have changed ownership and are aiming to return the club back to the premier league"

As far as I'm concerned we're about to be relegated with a bit of fight about us but ultimately not good enough. If we had a decent striker and a decent goalkeeper we'd be comfortably mid-table in my opinion.

The off-field things are obviously worse this year than they were then but back then we still had some highly-paid professionals that we knew were capable of playing to a high standard but had seemingly decided they couldn't be arsed anymore.

Short wanting away isn't too different from Murray wanting away, iirc.

There wasn't much that was positive in PP as far as I can remember.

We are the biggest thing to ever happen you your club ever, those constant defeats have brutally destroyed you inside
TBH the purchase of a pin badge from the club shop is more important but, hey, if that thought keeps you feeling all warm and fuzzy, don't let me dissuade you.
