I thought it was absurd having such a mentally weak batsman as Ramprakash as batting coach but this guy's career seems to entail a few seasons at Derbyshire before becoming a second team coach at Warwickshire. From there to England batting coach. Did Thorpe have the painters in? Embarrassing
