Poor passing, poor control, poor free kicks , can't tackle and too slow..... anything else you'd like to know
His passing and tackling were both good today. Should have won a penalty from one of his freekicks too. Is a bit slow tho.

The lad doing his best rodwell, hiding and taking up awful positions time after time. Couldn't be bothered to track runners and somehow managed to get caught wrongside of Britton for second goal.

His performance summed up in the second half when he didn't bother to get himself onside even though he could see right in front of the line.

Is it just general lack of football awareness or a lack of application.

One of the few players this season who has not hidden even when he has struggled.

Anyone that cannot see that Ndong would be a great player on a good team should stop watching football. Not his best performance today but head and shoulders above everyone else.

We need to build a team around him

Serious question. I genuinely hope N'Dong improves and he's certainly got time on his side, but what is it that you've seen that makes you say he could be a great player? Yes he's energetic but surely you need a lot more to your game than having the energy of a young player. From what I've seen (and I've seen every game this season bar one) he's not got a particularly good range of passing, lacks a goal threat, often gets outmuscled in possession.

Like I say I really hope he improves but I've seen nothing to label him a great player yet by a long way.

100% this, he will be immense in the Championship next season if we keep him. Remember this is a division where Liam Bridcutt is still considered a good holding midfielder.

He's a really stupid player. Potentially useful (but not great), needs a manager who will just coach the fuck out of him like Koeman or Silva. Will be gone soon anyway.

I stand by my view that part of our problem this season has been that the majority of our players haven't got enough brain cells to form the nucleus of a headache.

His performance against Liverpool was absolutely outstanding as was the one against Spurs at the same time.....He is a quality player but is playing in a midfield alongside Gibson, Pianaar, Larsson etc. Roy Keane at his prime would look shit in our side.

:lol::lol:

He plays every f***ing game and is a big reason why we are shite.

Spat me drink out when I read that post!

The bar isn't set very high saying he's an improvement on Pienaar,Larsson, and Gibson. All about opinions I suppose but he's far from the finished article.

Keane in his pomp would have made far more of an impression than N'Dong. He wouldn't have tolerated some of the other players performances either.

He wouldn't

He would look absolutely f***ing outstanding.

Jesus wept, post of the day.

Which makes him the best midfielder by an absolute mile for our club.
Football is a hundred times easier if players off the ball keep moving. All of our midfield except him stand about, thats why our passing is so poor, we just don't give the player with the ball any options. Its all hugely predictable.

Is he balls. Cattermole, who is very limited, is head and shoulders above him. N'Dong is a fairly poor footballer who runs about a lot.

Says it all today that we missed Honeyman in midfield ,a youngster like him shows how rank our midfield is by showing for the ball ,making runs off the ball. Our midfield today was so pedestrian it looked like Moyes had been down the local old people's home and called for a few of them to get on the bus.

So we're all in agreement that NDong is NDogshit then

Bit over the top there mate. I doubt he will ever be great and it would be folly to build a team around him . His passing is poor ,his shooting is even worse, having said that I'm willing to give him some leeway as it's his first season with us and he's only 22 . He could do a job in a better set up ,where he plays in his correct position of defensive midfielder.

He's been our best midfielder this season. I know it's not saying much due to the shite we have in there, but if you ignore the price we paid for him he's a decent player.
