Definitely beats Bromley away however I do like a good day out in London.

True fact. I once got bit by a dog at Rochdale away and have happy memories when my mate drove his Mum’s (Mam’s) Moggie Minor down a cobbled street.

I had a ticket for the away league game in the 18/19 season but never got there, was driving up with my mate when the car broke down at Leamington, got the RAC out and ended up being towed all the way back down to London.

How ironic. We also broke down at North Stafford Junction coming home from Rochdale years ago. Unfortunately my Mate (same one as above) never put any oil in his car.

What an exciting game but glad Rochdale made it back to L2.at the expense of another Southern side. Bit of a resurgence in Lancashire football with Rochdale joining Oldham back to the league and Bury moving up through the pyramid. Sure I read Bury had 7000 at Gigg lane for a recent game.

Hopefully Rochdale win seeing as though they finished on a hundred and odd points. Plus we don't want another Mickey Mouse club from the south in the Football League.

Most ridiculous season ever? Only one team goes up automatically and the top 4 averaged 99.75 points. People [rightly] talking about Rochdale, but spare a thought for Carlisle who got 95 points and didn’t even make the play off final. If it’s 4 up / 4 down with L1 / L2 and NL / NLNS, then it should be the same for L2 / NL.

Look at the attendances of those playoff sides as well. Very impressive.

3rd to 6th plays offs and 2 legs. Winner at Wembley.

Disagree with this @Swindon On Tour . The non-league system is much fairer. For example in NLN/S if you finish 7th, then you have to win 3 away games at clubs who finished above you to be promoted, if you finish 2nd then you have to win ‘only’ 2 home games against teams who finished below you. There is real advantage given to those who finish higher in the regular season. Contrast that with 2 legged semi-finals and a final at a neutral venue - which basically removes all advantage for those who finish higher.

For example in NLN/S if you finish 7th, then you have to win 3 away games at clubs who finished above you to be promoted, if you finish 2nd then you have to win ‘only’ 2 home games against teams who finished below you. Don’t like the current National League process.
All teams know at the start of the season what they have to do. I think the EFL process is perfect. No problem us both having a different view though.

Over 7000 there at the last game of the season against Wilton Albion. They also had over 5000 on Boxing Day against Clitheroe. My neighbour is a Shakers fan
