Sure there will be marra -these so seem “ forward thinking “ with admittedly one or two errors along the way ( which successfully ran clubs doesn’t make a mistake or two ?)
We have had some right garbage to watch over the years -some similar poor management overseeing us and some managers and players -well let’s not even go there
This fella and the players are together ( that’s obvious ) -re assess at the end of the season and that’s fair all around .
If ( and I agree it’s a big if ) he gets us up no way could we sack him -he would have progressed us .
I hope we don’t have a decision to make- I am enjoying games ( though admittedly I dont go away now much -in my 60s) but thoroughly enjoy watching these lads and the under 21s games -their commitment in games is plain to see -TM is a good football man who I would overall give a 7 out of 10 so far …
Agree with you let him be and see where we go ..

No doubt he has done a decent job BUT he's good at digging out lads before they get on the pitch, maybe it's a reverse pyschology trick. maybe he should talk them up?
 
His tactics and especially his substitutions today and for the last few weeks have totally baffled me.

Swansea were there for the taking today but keeping his favourites happy Dack, Roberts, 09 cost us.

I think he's taken us as far as he can. The board need to be ruthless, nice bloke but not the answer.

If we persevere with him to the end of the season and don't get promoted, you can kiss goodbye to the nucleus of the squad.

Ballard, Neil, Clarke, Patterson, Ekwah will go to Premier teams and we will be back to square one.
 
Mowbray outers are rubbing one out tonight.

We simply don’t have the squad to compete any higher than ‘play off chasers’. Which we very much are.

That being said Mowbray outers are slightly better than the ‘i don’t like him but will give him to the end of the season but whinge like a fanny at every opportunity until then’ people. Must be kids surely.

What changes dontou think we should have made?

Maybe he should have brought that striker on. Or that midfielder. Or that big lad.

We don’t have the options mate.

Rusyn and Bellingham should have stayed on.

Dack might as well have stayed on the bench.

Roberts, 09 Clark should all have been hooked.

Ouchiche should have been used.

We do like.

Ouchiche, Ba, Hemir, Pritchard on the bench.

Clark and Roberts were poor today. We cannot seem to put in a cross at pace.
