Mowbray

The right manager at the time he was appointed but now the side have hit a brick wall. Win more than we lose, play some nice football at times, but don't look like stringing consistent enough performances due to poor tactics and set up.

The side have outgrown Mowbray and until that situation changes we will hover in and around the play offs.

No idea what he was doing with that triple substitution on 55 minutes like.

Made us completely disjointed and we never looked remotely in sync after it.

Dack and Pritchard are far too similar in terms of play style and the positions they want to take up, to ever be on the pitch at the same time.

Rusyn had been dragging their CB's all over and there was space for a through ball to him every time we attacked. That disappeared instantaneously the second he went off.

We became a mess after the changes and it sucked the life out of us. I genuinely couldn't tell you what formation or line-up we were using towards the end and I highly doubt Mowbray could either. Dack up top for large parts of the second half :lol:

I'm getting very tired of the constant throwing mud at a wall and hoping something sticks method of substitutions every game now.

Our current form is absolutely shite mind, surprising we’re still only 1 point outside of the playoff places.

we were never going to get promoted, he was brought in to stabilise the club in this division. Last season we overachieved mainly due to Amad. Although we play good football we are far too predictable.
